Dubsado MCP

Connect Dubsado to your AI assistant

Ask your AI assistant about your Dubsado account: projects, clients, invoices, emails, forms, appointments, transactions, tasks and templates. It answers from your live data.

Dubsado runs a remote Model Context Protocol server. You add one URL to your AI app and sign in with your regular Dubsado login. Access is read-only: an assistant can look at your account, but it can never change, send, or delete anything.

Server URL

https://mcp.dubsado.dev/mcp

Whichever app you use, the flow is the same: paste the server URL, a Dubsado window opens, sign in with your normal Dubsado login if you are not already signed in, review what is being shared, and approve. There are no API keys to create or copy.

Set-up guides

Using something else (Cursor, Zed, Windsurf, an MCP SDK of your own)? Add the URL above as a remote / streamable-HTTP MCP server. The connection uses standard OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, so any spec-compliant client can complete the sign-in on its own.

What your assistant can see

Clients & projectsContacts, leads and jobs, with their details and dates
MoneyInvoices (including unpaid and overdue) and transactions: payments, expenses, refunds
CommunicationEmail history and email templates
Forms & schedulingForms, form templates, appointments
Work & automationTasks, workflow instances and templates, packages, payment-plan templates

Results respect your Dubsado role. If you connect as a team member with limited access, the assistant sees exactly what you see in the dashboard, no more. On multi-brand accounts, the assistant asks Dubsado which brands exist and tells you which one it is looking at.
